Flights from Lima go to both Piura and Tumbes, which buses can be got the rest of the way(aprox 3hrs).
Busses from Lima and Quito will stop in Màncora, and Loki is located on the main road through the town. Either a 5 minute walk or 1-2 soles in a moto taxi, towards the southern end of town.
